Our extra virgin olive oil carries with it the flavour and aroma of the Trevi lands together with a great tradition of generations of growers able to merge in a juice all the typical features of their territory.
“Il Frantoio” from 1968 combines these experiences with a strong innovative spirit that has always encouraged us to work and study to improve the production techniques without affecting the tradition.
Our 3 labels (Famiglia, Elite and Trevi) together with the Primissimo special edition, all respond to the same rules established by the artisans of the olives over 50 years ago: strictly locally sourced, milling no later than 12 hours of harvesting, and cold oil press.
