The typical Umbrian products are strongly linked to the country food, where the woodland products such as mushrooms, black truffles and asparagus are so important, that there have been developed, over time, many all-natural preservation methods to keep all the taste and properties of the freshly harvested products.
To prepare these sauces, we use only the best and freshest ingredients, with the Trevi Extra Virgin Oil of Olive of the Società Agricola Trevi “Il Frantoio”.
Both the processing methods and the old recipes are without any preservative and colouring agents.
Packed in elegant glass jars with silver-coloured capsules, they are sophisticated objects to bring to the table and to give as a gift, they also are reusable and practical in the kitchen.
