In the territory of Montefalco by tradition always it is expected that, after having selected the grapes to produce Montefalco Sagrantino, all the other red varieties are harvested to make a cooler and easy to match wine: the Rosso di Montefalco. Cantina Scacciadiavoli, inspired by this tradition, has refined it, by adding a touch that makes this wine even more delightful.
