The heart of this Mousse are cultivated and Porcini mushrooms. This sauce is suitable for any kind of seasonings. To make the mousse still more delicate and characteristic… a hint of summer truffle.
In the kitchen
It gives the best of itself alone, spread on small appetisers as canapés or vol au vent. Yet, this Mousse is perfect to season pasta and rice and excellent to amplify the taste of meat and eggs.
Ingredients: cultivated mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, salt, dried Porcini mushrooms 2%, garlic, parsley, summer truffles (tuber aestivum vitt) 0.5%, chilli and herbs.
